In the late 1940s, Garden Tureen was made to bring the garden indoors, when families gathered around tables dressed in florals after long seasons of scarcity. Known as a tureen, it once held steaming soups at the center of shared meals, a quiet symbol of comfort and care. Its painted blossoms were meant to echo real ones, just beyond the window—reminders of renewal, even in uncertain times. As decades pass, many of these vessels were tucked away, their purposed fading but their beauty unchanged.
Now repurposed as a candle, it glows from within, turning nourishment into light. The Garden Tureen carries that same intention forward—offering warmth, gathering, and a gently sense of home.
This vessel holds approximately 9 ounces of hand-poured wax carrying the scent, Citrus Driftwood.
