Refund & Shipping Policy
Due to the handmade and vintage nature of Oddities & Ember pieces, all sales are considered final. However, in accordance with The Painted Tree Boutique guidelines, we offer the following limited refund policy:
The Painted Tree Boutique Purchases
Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refunds after 48 hours are not available.
Online & Direct Purchases
All online and direct purchases are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may make it right. Please include proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Because many of our candles are poured into one-of-a-kind vintage vessels, variations in color, texture, or character are considered part of their charm and are not considered defects.
Oddities & Ember reserves the right to deny refunds for damage caused by misuse, improper candle care, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed through our online shop are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 days business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping only offered in the U.S.
Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $75. Shipping rates are a flat rate for U.S. orders under $75.
Local pick up is available by appointment in Colorado Springs. After placing your order, you'll receive an email to coordinate pickup details.
